E 301: Natriumascorbat

E 301 (Natriumascorbat, englisch: Sodium ascorbate) steht in der Unionsliste der Lebensmittelzusatzstoffe. Die Liste führt 19 Lebensmittelkategorien mit einer Zulassung aus 7 Rechtsakten; der jüngste davon gilt seit 25. Juni 2014.
